6. Purchases & Orders

Consumers may order products online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • All prices include VAT; shipping costs are calculated separately.

  • Orders are confirmed by email with product, payment, and delivery details.

  • If an awardee’s story or information is found to be false, The Soul Award reserves the right to cancel the order and request return of the product without refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

7. Delivery & Availability

Products are delivered within 30 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed.

  • The Soul Award is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without justification.

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Personalized products (including Pergamene certificates, plaques, and Hero Edition Sets) are excluded from this right of withdrawal.

9. Limitation of Liability

Products and services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

  • The Soul Award is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, false information, or unauthorized third-party actions.

  • In cases of defective products, our liability is limited to replacement only.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.

  • Impersonate others or provide false information.

  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the site or its services.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Governing Law
