Yes. The free Pergamene does not include a unique SoulEnCrypto or the physical plaque, video tribute, and ceremonial materials included in the Hero Edition Set.

Each design is unique, expressing emotion beyond language. -
Yes — every Pergamene includes the option to display its message in either English letters or SoulEnCrypto symbols.
However, only Hero Edition Sets include a unique SoulEnCrypto, created specifically for that awardee and printed on the back of the SoulBios card. -
Each one is generated from the message, virtue, and names involved — creating a singular symbolic signature that belongs only to that act of recognition.

A SoulBios is a biographical tribute card included in the Hero Edition Set.
On its front, it holds a QR code that leads to the hero’s dedicated video tribute, telling their story in motion and sound.
On its back, it carries the hero’s unique SoulEnCrypto, shared between the giver and recipient — a bond of light that exists in physical form. -
Yes. You can upload or provide video materials during the Hero Edition creation process, or our team can create a tribute video from your submitted story and message.

Each nominee receives a digital Pergamene, and one is featured every month in the HeroPantheon blog. -

Each set is created individually to honor both the hero and the giver of recognition.
It includes:
• A personalized Pergamene for the awardee

Yes. You can choose the virtue, provide the hero’s and presenter’s names, and share your story or message.
Our team then creates every element — from the Pergamene to the plaque and Ceremony at Home Kit — as a unique expression of your recognition.You can also include a dedicated video tribute (SoulBios) — a living keepsake that carries your voice, images, or words of gratitude.
If you prefer not to upload your own materials, our team will craft a SoulBios for you, weaving your written words into a dignified, timeless video tribute.Each SoulBios is linked to the hero’s card through a unique QR code, ensuring that your message — whether spoken or written — lives on as light.

Because every Hero Edition Set is fully personalized — from the Pergamene and plaque to the SoulBios, SoulEnCrypto, and Ceremony Kit — it cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. Each piece is crafted uniquely for its recipient and holds personal meaning.
Refunds are available only for non-personalized items (such as accessories or uncustomized downloads) within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging.
